Cyprus's incumbent president Anastasiades leads in election exit poll

NICOSIA (Reuters) - Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades looked set to cruise to victory in an election runoff against challenger Stavros Malas on Sunday, according to exit polls that showed the conservative winning up to 59.5 percent of the vote.
