Cyprus incumbent Anastasiades leading presidential vote-exit poll

NICOSIA (Reuters) - Incumbent Cypriot president Nicos Anastasiades held a comfortable lead in a runoff ballot against challenger Stavros Malas on Sunday, exit polls showed, in a vote which could determine the pace of any resumption of peace talks on the ethnically-split island.
