Canada to compensate ex-Guantanamo inmate, opposition furious

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canada's Liberal government will apologise to former Guantanamo Bay inmate Omar Khadr and pay him around C$10 million (£6 million) in compensation, two sources close to the matter said on Tuesday, prompting opposition protests.
