Top EU court keeps Hamas on EU terror list, refers case back

LUXEMBOURG (Reuters) - The European Union's top court ruled on Wednesday that Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas should remain on the EU terrorism blacklist, referring the case back to a lower court.
