Russia calls allegation it was involved in Montenegro plot unsubstantiated - RIA

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called allegations Russia had helped organise an attempted coup in Montenegro last year unsubstantiated, the RIA news agency reported on Monday.
