Syrian rebels say clashed with government forces in north

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Turkey-backed Syrian rebel groups said they clashed on Sunday with government forces near a city captured last week from the Islamic State (IS) group in northern Syria, the second such confrontation in that area in recent weeks.
