UK construction growth hits eight-month high, but costs balloon - Markit
LONDON, Dec 2 (Reuters) - - Growth in Britain's construction industry unexpectedly touched an eight-month high in November, but its costs rocketed at the fastest pace since 2011, fuelled by sterling's slump after the June vote to quit the European Union, a survey showed on Friday.
