Syria rebels: ceasefire 'void' if government violations persist

BEIRUT (Reuters) - Syrian rebel groups said on Saturday they would consider a ceasefire deal brokered by Russia and Turkey "null and void" if the Damascus government's forces and their allies continued to violate it.
