Dutch PM backs smaller EU budget post Brexit
BERLIN (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte laid out his vision for the post-Brexit European Union on Friday, calling for a smaller budget and spending in poorer states to be tied to economic reforms.
