Trump renews barb at North Korean leader; Russia accuses U.S. of provocation

WASHINGTON/MOSCOW (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump renewed his insults against North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Thursday and also dismissed a Chinese diplomatic effort as having failed to rein in Pyongyang's weapons programme, as Russia accused Washington of provocation.
