U.N. rights boss says Egypt crackdown 'facilitates radicalisation'

CAIRO (Reuters) - U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein said on Monday that heavy-handed security measures by Egypt were fostering the very radicalisation it was looking to curb.
