Philippines' Duterte warns terrorists - 'I'll be harsh'

MANILA (Reuters) - Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said on Wednesday he will deal harshly with terrorism and that martial law on the island of Mindanao would remain in place for a year if necessary.
