Germany, EU should not be blackmailed by Turkey on visa talks- Gabriel
ROSTOCK, Germany (Reuters) - Germany and the European Union should not be blackmailed by Turkey in talks on visa liberalisation for Turkish nationals, German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel said on Monday.
