Britain's EU commissioner, finance chief Hill, says resigning

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Britain's representative on the EU executive in Brussels, Financial Services Commissioner Jonathan Hill, said on Saturday he was resigning following the referendum vote for Brexit which he had campaigned against.
