Norwegian rebuffs offers from British Airways parent IAG

LONDON (Reuters) - British Airways-owner IAG is considering its options after Norwegian Air Shuttle rebuffed two takeover advances, IAG said on Friday, warning some airlines will struggle to survive as fuel prices rise.
