North Korea says 'breakthrough' puts U.S. mainland within range of nuclear weapons

SEOUL/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - North Korea said it successfully tested a new intercontinental ballistic missile on Wednesday in a "breakthrough" that puts the U.S. mainland within range of its nuclear weapons, and increases pressure on U.S. President Donald Trump to deal with Pyongyang.
