RBS in settlement talks with holdouts in rights issue case
LONDON (Reuters) - Royal Bank of Scotland is in talks with the last claimants in a lawsuit over its 2008 fundraising, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Wednesday, as the bank seeks to draw a line under the long-running and costly case.
