Conservative Party chairman says Brexit will be binding on parliament

LONDON (Reuters) - The chairman of Britain's Conservative Party said the vote for Brexit to leave the EU referendum would be binding on parliament and Article 50, which formally starts the exit process from the bloc, would be triggered before the next election.
