Libor antitrust claims are revived in setback for banks

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court on Monday revived a civil lawsuit accusing major banks of conspiring to manipulate the Libor benchmark interest rate, in a big setback for their defence against investors' claims of market-rigging.
